ADT Annual Customer Survey 2025 Prize Draw Terms

1. To be entered into the prize draw to win up to £500's worth of Love2Shop vouchers you must complete the ADT annual customer survey using the link you were emailed then submit your email address at the end of the survey. This is because the survey responses are anonymous, individual answers cannot not be tied back to your email/account. 
2. The survey is open until 23:59 on the 31st March 2025.
3. One entry per customer. Multiple entries to the prize draw will be removed.  
4. Winners will be drawn at random on the 2nd April 2025. 
5. The first drawn will win £500's worth of Love2Shop vouchers, second drawn will win £250's worth, third drawn will win £150's worth the fourth drawn will win £100's worth. 
6. Winners will be contacted by either email or phone. 
7. If winners are uncontactable after 4 attempts the prize will be redrawn.  
8. Winners will be issued with a Love2shop Reward Code that can be redeemed at www.love2shoprewards.co.uk 
9. This offer is only available to ADT UK customers who have been invited by email to complete the ADT Annual Customer Survey 2025
10. Should entries occur from non-customers who may have been forwarded the survey link these will not be entered. 
11. ADT reserves the right to withdraw this offer at short notice.
